The Grand Ballon Resort is located near the highest point of the Vosges (1424 m above sea level). The view over the Alsace plain is impressive. 8 trails for all levels, served by 3 ski lifts, are available. The plus: a snow line is available for beginners.
The Tanner Hubel is a small, authentic resort. The access to the trails is by foot (a 10 minutes’ walk to prepare and warm up). It’s the ideal place for off-trail, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. There is even an FFS approved red trail available.
