Workshop: the print shop

The theme of this workshop : History

The children can discover the secrets of letterpress printing, which is a printing process with a raised printing form. The workshop will show them how letterpress pages were composed, with movable type, fillets and galvanoplastic plates. This fun-filled workshop puts the spotlight on each participant when they go to print their proof on a hand press, on a paper of their choice. Proofs are given to the children at the end of the workshop.
