The vineyard of Leimbach

In a place called Kalkgruben, in a hidden setting surrounded by forests and on the heights of the village of Leimbach, the first wine-producing village on the Alsace Wine Route, the grapes from the production are used to produce the "Clos Gottestal" Pinot Gray. To discover it, you will have to stroll through the village's narrow streets and discover part of its forest.

And at the place called Obere-Heiden, on sunny slopes facing the Grand Cru du Rangen, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown on about 6 hectares.

These grapes are used to produce another Alsatian specialty: Crémant. If you like bubbles, don't leave without having tasted it!
